West Coast Crash - Wheelchair Rugby

West Coast Burn (WCB) travel down to Aylesbury this weekend, for the first of three BT Super Series Division Two weekends.
Burn who are hot favourites for the title this year have added to the squad over the summer in the form of Matthew Buck from local rivals Liverpool - RGC. Whilst James Gill has been impressing Coach Alan Ash in training.
Ash has been quick to label Gill as one to watch this season saying “James is improving all the time; it’s going to be interesting to see how he progresses further with more minutes under his belt.”
Caledonian Crushers are Burns first opponents this weekendand although Crushers have made some shrewd signings Burn will be confident of an opening day win.
Merseyside rivals Liverpool – RGC are Burns second opponents and whilst Ash is excited about the prospect of a local derby he is wary about the Liverpool based side, he said “They’re definitely the most experienced side in the division but I know our will boys rise to the occasion.”
Burn will finish off the group playing Gloucester Titans on Saturday before entering into the crossover games where we will play against either Ospreys, West Country Hawks, Yorkshire Lions or Stoke Mandeville Maulers.
